Magphi is v2.0.0! (github.com/milnus/Magphi) What it new? 1. Andrew has implemented tblastn, allowing amino acid seeds as input! 2. fasta and Gff outputs will by default be oriented to have the same strand and start site, for easier passing to alignment tools.

Great to see this piece of work out! Was great to collaborate with @tim_barnett1, Kalindu Rodrigo and others on this study. Some interesting implications for the detection of AMR in laboratory conditions. Would recommend checking out Tim's thread here with the paper summary.
