A great opportunity for #ECRs to share their #ClimateChange related research in a friendly environment! GW4 Fresh CDT Research at Exeter CU Water Research

Great fun on the GW4 Fresh CDT infographic course this week! Our team (Carp-e-dying) decided to make a TikTok video to help educate KS3 students! infohackit Check out carpedying's video! #TikTok vm.tiktok.com/ZMRpmbuxf/

Excited to be joining #EAB2021 remotely and presenting some results from my PhD in the form of a poster! Check it out on the event platform to see how multiple stressors effect #freshwater #bacteria! Happy to answer any questions in the chat box! British Ecological Society GW4 Fresh CDT

Pre GW4 Fresh CDT conference run! Excited to hear about everyone’s research today and have a good catch-up!

Our final student session was on #microorganisms & #chemistry. Flash talks were presented by Dr Luke Lear, April Hayes & Chris Webb, with a feature talk by Hebe Carmichael on the effects of multiple stressors on the performance of freshwater bacteria

Great to come joint first for best talk at the GW4 Fresh CDT conference!

Had a nice chill evening in the Uni of Exeter's ESI at the ‘paint your research’ event. I may not have the best painting skills but it was good fun! #multiplestressors #performancecurves #abstract

Last week I passed my PhD viva! Was much more enjoyable than expected, thanks to Guy Woodward and Ben Raymond for a great conversation about multiple stressors! Also big thanks to Gab Yvon-Durocher for all your support and to Elin Jennings and Ruth for a fab celebration party!

Happy to announce that the first paper from my PhD has been published in Ecology Letters: ‘Reconciling variability in multiple stressor effects using environmental performance curves’ doi.org/10.1111/ele.70… Gab Yvon-Durocher Uni of Exeter's ESI #multiplestressors
