We’re losing skilled B4 AHP SW’ers to the private sector because we don’t have routes of progression to B5 & beyond for those that don’t wish to become registered AHP’s. We need trust/ICS career clinics for B4’s to move up within the NHS so we don’t lose them!! Anyone agree?
