Reception have been inspired by Helen Cooper's 'Pumpkin Soup' this week. We begun the week using our fine motor skills to hammer the tees into the pumpkins. Lots of concentration and perseverance needed for this one! Helen Cooper #eyfs #eyfsprovision #qualitytexts

The Reception children have been busy making pumpkin soup. They followed the instructions carefully and enjoyed tasting the soup this afternoon whilst we read the story Pumpkin Soup by Helen Cooper . 🥰

In reception this week we have emerged ourselves in the story `Pumpkin Soup` by Helen Cooper We even made pumpkin soup. It was a bit like cat, duck and squirrel at the beginning of the story!
