F2 doctors purposely delaying their own progression in order to stay employed as there is no work for them. Similar stories about GP registrars who are going LTFT to delay progression as there are no GP jobs post CCT. Medicine in the UK in 2025. Shambles.

You ask a patient what a UTC is they will tell you it is where you go when you can't get a GP appt.... I.e. they believe it is where they will see a GP.... So what is going to happen? Who are they going to see?
