Gosh this really does mean the world. I’m so honoured to have received this nomination in our university’s #PartnershipAwards, and really humbled that someone would take the trouble to write this. Thank you, to whoever you are! ❤️ And good luck to all the wonderful nominees!

Excited to see our article in print this week. A chance meet at a conference has led to a number of collaboration opportunities with Nalayini Thambar over the last 12 months, and I’m so excited to see how it continues! Looking forward to our Keynote at AGCAS next month!

It was a real honour to be asked to deliver a keynote at the #AGCAS conference this morning, with my award winning(!) friend and collaborator Nalayini Thambar, on hybrid work and the implications for careers professionals. What a day!

The honour was mutual! The follow-up AGCAS workshop with Pauline Maden and @charmanp1 was excellent too. Looking forward to our collaboration going from strength to strength (photo credit to Stephen Boyd).

Most people know that ‘effective communication’ is important as a #middleleader, but what does that actually mean in practice? Pleased to have been featured in this month’s Tes magazine magazine, talking about some of the challenges.

Yesterday I got to speak to prospective psychologists about my career and all the exciting things you can do as an Organizational Psychologist. In my own career chance conversations and workplace colleagues (often at the peer level) have been huge providers of opportunities.

Warning- V surprised to see that phone and my daughter’s displaying the same items at completely different prices at @Pandora_UK - daughter’s pricing always higher. Given we’re both signed in, so it’s evident daughter is 12, this feels predatory and unethical.

It was great to hear more about @LeedsUniBSchool’s Behaviour Lab yesterday at our #LUBSresearch conference. It was particularly fun to try the eye-tracking goggles! (Helen Hughes) business.leeds.ac.uk/about-us/doc/b…
