Public Utilities is looking into multiple reports of low or reduced water pressure in the area of John Rolfe and Ridgefield parkways in western Henrico County. Residents are encouraged to report any unusual conditions by calling 804-727-8700.

Henrico Public Utilities is still investigating the cause of reported low water pressure in the western part of the county. The department has confirmed that the Water Treatment Facility and water distribution system are working properly, with no immediately obvious causes. (1/3)

Residents should now be seeing a return of normal water pressure. Public Utilities crews have isolated the water main break underneath Deep Run Creek and made adjustments to pressure valves in the area, which have corrected the low water pressures from this morning. (1/2)
