Let’s be clear: Washington Republicans are pushing this Big Ugly Bill not for your benefit – but for the pockets of their ultra-wealthy donors.

Millions of people losing their health care and millions of kids and families losing food assistance. And Senate Republicans will tell you that this is for working families. What a joke.

The god-awful budget that Senate Republicans are STILL trying to pass is the largest transfer of wealth from working people to the ultra-wealthy and corporations. And they’re gutting health care, slashing clean energy, and saddling us with trillions in debt to do it.

Let me remind you what Senate Republicans just voted for in their Big Ugly Bill: – Ripping away health care from 17 MILLION Americans – Putting rural hospitals in jeopardy of going under – Taking food away from kids – And a national debt increase of $3.3 TRILLION

This fight isn’t over, and I’m not backing down. I’ll never stop standing up for Coloradans.

I fought hard to pass the Inflation Reduction Act—the largest effort to combat climate change to date. Republicans just squandered that progress with their Big Ugly Bill, gutting clean energy investments and killing jobs.
