Today year 1 have been practising our food preparation skills in our DT lesson. We have been exploring how to cut food safely and accurately. We had a challenge to see who could cut the most pieces out of their banana! 🍌🍴

Year 5 have produced some fabulous work in Geography. We have been learning about different biomes. As part of their lesson, children imagined themselves on an extraordinary holiday in a tundra. They each wrote a postcard to a friend, capturing the flora and fauna. 🦭❄️

Year 1 have been tasting fruits this afternoon! We have been exploring what ingredients we might want to use to make a smoothie. We tried pineapple, pear, grapefruit and peach 🍍🍑🍐🍊

Yesterday, our Year 5 rounders team at The Laurel Academy came 2nd place. They played incredibly! Huge well done. 👏🏼

Some children have developed their resilience and teamwork skills with Mrs. Bramhall in our Lego Therapy group and finally finished their project. Well done!
