PLEASE REMEMBER #HoCoMD, if you come upon a flooded rd, #TurnAroundDontDrown. It takes just a mere 6" of fast-moving flood H2O to knock over an adult, 12" to carry away most cars & 2' to carry away SUVs & trucks. It is NEVER safe to drive or walk into flood H2O.

WEATHER UPDATE: At 8:36PM, the Flash Flood Warning for Southeastern Howard County has been cancelled and replaced with a Flood Warning until 9:45PM today, July 14. During this time, some roadways may remain closed due to localized flooding. It will take several hours for water
