The single-cell epigenetic, transcriptional, and protein states can now be examined in the same single cell, both for HIV DNA+ cells and HIV RNA+ cells. Congrats to our postdoc Yulong Wei for his amazing late breaker talk at the HIV cure session of the exciting CROI 2023.

HIV tat mRNA-lipid nanoparticle+panobinostat can reactivate HIV+ cells 3X higher than PMA/ionomycin (the strongest HIV latency reversing agent) with minimal effects on the cell transcriptome. Congrats Marion Pardons at Linos Vandekerckhove Lab/Ghent! nature.com/articles/s4146…
