I will say the OCCAC does have some good coaches and players. Coach Nixon at Tri C is as good as it gets at any level. T at Lakeland and a few others as well. Tri C/Lakeland/Hocking all have multiple next level players. Kid at Edison is next level. Lot of high character talent!
