First run for GMFRS in the National extrication comp in Hampshire. 1st casualty out in 6 minutes and 2nd out in 25 minutes. Feels weird knowing that I have one more run on UK soil before I hang up my overalls after 18 years. Proud to represent Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service 🫡
