Our CEO Eamonn Boylan visited Sheffield yesterday (6 March) with Sheffield City Council Chief Executive Kate Josephs and Housing Minister Matthew Pennycook MP. They attended the Council Housing Summit and visited Moorfoot, where we're partnering to deliver the council's vision.

Positive news that the derelict site of Adelphi Lads Club & Ragged School is to be developed by ForHousing & partners into 39 one-bedroom & 24 two-bedroom flats, with all 63 homes being made available at social rent. Thanks to Homes England Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Gov for supporting with £6.3m.👏🏻🏡

Our partnership with Plymouth City Council shows how collaboration can boost housing delivery. Working with the council and stakeholders in the Growth Alliance Plymouth, we'll kickstart a regeneration plan to build up to 10,000 new homes in Plymouth's city centre over the next decade.

We’re partnering with Greater Manchester Pension Fund and West Yorkshire Pension Fund to provide £96.7 million for a major residential scheme near Leeds city centre.
