#DontHideMe team with teachers and caregivers of Wajir Special school. We are in Wajir for the campaign to dispel myths and misconceptions about children living with developmental disabilities. Join us from the 13th to 15th June 2025. SSAID Northern Advocacy Organization

We had a successful day 1. We managed to see and assess 240 children with various forms of disablitiy. Among them, 50 children were issued with birth certificates on site. NCPWD facilitated disability registration for 62 children. Over 30 were registered for SHA. #DontHideMe

After a successful disability awareness campaign and medical camp in Wajir by SSAID, we made a pledge to stand together, stronger — for children with disabilities, their rights, their dignity, & their future. NEP Leaders made a pledge to leade the #DontHideMe campaign.

Kicked off a week-long Meet the People and development tour across Khorof Harar Subcounty, #WajirEast—engaging with residents, launching vital projects, and listening closely to community priorities.
