4 for 4 for PRs for athletes who had run the Holliston course previously. And flowers for our two Averys for being especially supportive teammates during Wednesday’s win vs Holliston.

A belated congrats to Hopkinton boys and Westwood girls for their strong wins at the TVL Showcase Sat. Hiller boys also took the individual wins in frosh, JV, and varsity races. Hopkinton girls took second and had many bright spots—PRs and top finishes. athletic.net/CrossCountry/m…

Some great PRs last weekend at MSTCA Frank Mooney Invite. Lucas, Jack, Audrey, and Wafiya also earned medals.

Three of our alum led their college Xc teams at their conference meets last weekend. Schuyler won in a blazing 19:47 6k and led her team to the win. Congrats to Schuy, Cat, Alex and all our other alum who are still competing!

Cross country is still competing too. Boys and girls race in MIAA Div 1C in Northfield tomorrow. 2pm for girls and 2:45 for boys.

Hillers are gloved up and ready for the hills!

Hillers faced some challenges on Sat on the Northfield Hills at MIAA D1C . Both boys (5th) and girls (6th) advance to the D1 All State Championship at Devens next Sat. Elyse (5th) & Sean (7th) earned podium finished and Malia and Stephen both nabbed top 25 spots.

Captains recognized underclassmen for their hard work in previous week’s practices and performances in last week’s win vs Norwood. Congrats Avery, Audrey, Isabel, Wafiya, and Emily. Lots of place, PR and debut beads distributed too!

A little catch up. A little slick but fun run with alum on Christmas Eve. One dual meet win and one loss each for boys and girls (vs Dedham and Holliston). Some medals at Speed Classic and Holiday Challenge. Big PR for Sean on his birthday!
