This week the Hope4 and Rugby Foodbank teams have spent some time looking at how we respond to hearing about someone's trauma often termed ;vicarious trauma', and how we look after each other and ourselves.

Instead of wedding gifts, Issy & Sam asked guests to donate to Hope4, Rugby Foodbank & Futures Unlocked. “We’ve seen the huge impact these charities make & wanted to share their work with our friends & family. We’ve been blown away by everyone’s generosity.”

We are delighted that the Bishop of Coventry, the Right Reverend Sophie Jelley, has kindly agreed to be Hope4’s Patron. Her predecessors were also our Patron giving their support and prayers. We look forward to her visiting the Hope Centre and Rugby Foodbank later in the year.
