The righty is a former state champ at Hamilton HS and pitched five innings with just one run allowed against ASU back in 2024. In 10.0 innings pitched at the 2023 College World Series, Klecker allowed just three runs.

Infielder Gian De Castro has entered the transfer portal following his freshman season at ASU. De Castro has a lot of upside, having played very well in high school, but he did not appear during his first season in Tempe and playing time would’ve been scarce in his second.
