Yesterday, Associate Presiding Judge MiHoa Vo, Mayor John Whitmire, and Chief Thomas Muñoz celebrated a historic milestone with the Houston Fire Department as Judge Vo proudly administered the oath of office to 102 new firefighters—the largest cadet class in HFD history.
