Our Year 12 dancers took part in a brilliant workshop to create their final A Level dance performance piece, led by Carrie Whitaker from Lila Dance Company and Chichester University. It was a fast-paced and energetic few hours that challenged, motivated and inspired our dancers.

Congrats to our students who have secured offers to read medicine at university. Between them, they have received offers from Plymouth, Queen’s Belfast, Nottingham, Manchester, Cardiff, Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham, Sheffield, Lancaster, Sunderland, Aberdeen, St Andrews, Bangor.

Everyone in The Howard community is today celebrating another stellar set of A Level examination results.  In a cohort of 170 students, 12% of grades were A*, 33% of the grades were A* to A, 60% of the grades awarded were A*-B, with 80% being A*-C.

Students and staff at the Howard were today celebrating excellent GCSE results, building on the school’s success at A Level last week. 38% of all grades were the top 9-7 grades, with 70% 5-9 in English & Maths, and 85% 4-9 in English &Maths: well above national averages #GCSE2024

Thanks to England ladies’ rugby coach, John Mitchell, who shared with some of our sports and psychology students his journey to becoming a truly remarkable and inspirational coach. He talked about being courageous, game changing values and being all in for success! #Opportunity
