Today we prayed for all impacted by the terrible attack on 16yo Ahmad in our town centre last week. For everyone, but mostly for Ahmad & his loved ones. Later our Encompass group lit candles too. If you need breathing space or would like to light a candle we are open 8am to 4pm.

Tonight a special evensong marking the #VEDay80 Commemoration. Wonderful singing from our choir. Deputy Mayor of Kirklees 2025-26 Cllr Liz Smaje laid a wreath and silence was kept as we remembered and gave thanks together. Special thanks to #Huddersfield veterans groups who joined us.
