It’s with indescribable heartbreak and sadness we share the news that our Dad, Hugh (Huish Hugh), lost his battle with cancer yesterday. He was at home where he wanted to be and passed peacefully. To say this year has been tough for him would be an understatement.

But, he watched his beloved Yeovil Town win the league last season and saw the f**king Tories finally fall. Two things which we know Dad was overjoyed to see. We know for many of you this will come as a shock. Dad was very private and never wanted to bother anyone with

depressing news about his health. He wanted to be remembered as being witty, cut throat and drinking a real ale. So please, continue to have memories of him doing that. We will in due course provide details of his funeral. He was pure class our Dad. Much love, Kate and Helen
