How many incorrect deaths is acceptable for society? (Incorrect diagnosis, prognosis, coercion, pressure, mental health?etc etc) this is the fundamental question!

Bad deaths are often claimed to have happened despite the 'best palliative care' when in reality they could not access specialist palliative care. In the UK over 300/day can't access the specialist palliative care they desperately need. That is the priority, not #AssistedDying
