Looking like being a pretty typical start to a golf season! Winter continues 🥶

New TrimaxMowingSystems Snake being put to work. Having to think differently now with rising costs. Increasing the fleet rather than taking on seasonal staff. The snake is versatile so we can mow multiple areas of the course in double quick time.

Range project moving towards the final, yet most crucial stages. Almost all sand spread across the field, which is now super dry. Starting the long process of hydroseeding now, which already showing how crucial it will be to achieving the desired results.

Not sure we could have got a spring more opposing to last year. Dry as dust! So far cold but today we hit a barmy 19 degrees 😎 Irrigation earning it's keep and driving range so very close to completion 🙏

Dry and cold is far from ideal when looking for growth and winter recovery. Always a silver lining though, 1 cut a week at 5mm on greens producing 10 feet of pace! Hunter Golf Irrigation - KAR UK Ltd system getting plenty use. Biggest news is the range is complete 🙌

Over 2 months since seeding, the range is finally beginning to grass over. It feels like it will be autumn before we see any real growth though at this rate!

We have our range back! Been a tough few months but great credit to the team for pulling off this amazing project. 40,000 tons of Earth moved, drainage installed, 1250 tons of sand spread before hydroseeding. Great to see the results at last 🙌
