How does McDaniels survive this game? I know ownership keeps saying the right things but embarrassing on National TV is motivation to fire a coach

ESPN Sources: Miami Dolphins and general manager Chris Grier met this morning and mutually agreed to part ways. Grier has been with the Dolphins since 2000, and has served as their general manager since 2016.

Surprised Chris Grier was let go. Would think Ross would see it through till the end of season. Ultimately it had to happen. Better to rip the band-aid now and see what Champ Kelly brings to the team. Maybe, just maybe, change for the better is on the horizon for Miami
