A wonderful opportunity to discuss our emerging findings with a brilliant line up of panellists, but also a great example of how well hybrid meetings can be conducted when facilitated correctly! Thank you to Wendy Chamberlain for chairing so well, and to Chloe Elizabeth Schendel-Wilson for arranging.

Really good to see some high profile support for the effectiveness of #WorkFromHome models from Santander UK CEO Mike Regnier: allowing staff to do so can improve both their performance and their wellbeing, particularly for those with disabilities and/or health conditions.
