Don’t assume that a big following equals expertise. Some of LinkedIn’s best thought leaders have < 5000 followers. And while I won’t call anyone out… the opposite is also true. Plenty of big accounts ran by people with 0 experience. (Can you guess who I’m talking about?)

Remember: A lot of CRM advice comes from sales leaders, not RevOps. Nothin' wrong with that. But if they’re telling you the system’s “just fine”... Just remember... They’re not the ones who have to fix it.
