Freedom includes protecting space, time, energy, and love for yourself. You do not always have to put your wellness last.

Others may believe in you and support you, but nobody will do it for you. Ultimately, YOU are responsible for your own success in life!

You are not reaching your goals and fulfilling your purpose because you are scared of change, but change is the essence of life. Be prepared to submit who you are for who God is calling you to become.

Nothing will hinder your prayers faster than resentment. When you hold a grudge, nurse an ill feeling, and allow bitterness to grow in your life, it renders your prayers ineffective. (See Mark 11:24-25)

You have to stop! Stop beating yourself up because you are not where you thought you would be. God is not done with you yet. He is still working on you, shaping you and developing you. God has put a promise in your heart. Keep praying! Keep expecting! Your increase is coming!

If you find someone down on their luck or in a bad situation, be a helping hand. An ounce of help is better than a pound of opinions.

Never downplay the power of prayer. Prayer does change things.

You are worthy of loving-kindness, regardless of your relationship status.

When you hold on to resentment, you allow people from your past to continue to hurt you. And that is not smart! People in your past need to stay in the past. They cannot continue to hurt you unless you hold on to the hurt. Let go of your need to get even and leave it up to God.

Depression lies. Breathe and believe there is more in you and for you than you may see in this season.

Please understand this: People only bring up your past when they are intimidated by your present, and they are terrified they will not be a part of your future.

It is easy to move through life and think you do not need help from other people, but you will not achieve your highest potential alone. God has ordained and anointed people to be in your life that will strengthen you, inspire you and push you toward your purpose.

You have to protect your peace and take care of your emotional energy. If you are taking on extra drama, you will not have the emotional energy you need for your dreams, family, and divine assignment.

God can provide peace for every problem you have! Broken heart? God gives you comforting peace. Confused heart? God gives you guiding peace. Shamed heart? God gives you forgiving peace. Worried heart? God gives you bold peace. God wants His peace to rule your life!

Open your eyes of faith and see the good things God has in store for you. Thank Him for what He is doing and what He is about to do. Thank Him for divine connections and moments that will help you fulfill every dream and desire He has placed within your heart!
