Thank you everyone for your support today as I announced my move to Cooperation Ireland. This was a tough decision, but there is a fantastic team Commission for Victims and Survivors (NI) who will continue to advocate for victims & survivors and I will do everything in my new role to support them.

Useful evidence session Northern Ireland Affairs Committee highlighted the need to improve communication and streamline the victim payment scheme. Also encouraged them to write to Chris Heaton-Harris to request removal of backdating deadline.

What a week! I knew Co-operation Ireland Ireland were making a big difference in many different areas but after 5 days on the job, I have only seen a tiny proportion of their work and the impact they are making. Looking forward to sharing some of this work over the coming months.
