A case-by-case approach can certainly *not* meet fairness criteria for eligibility into the female category, and so the whole proposal fails. It's slightly more interesting, (but redundantly, only of philosophical interest) to consider whether a safety criterion could be met.

Excellent EHRC submission from Jon Pike - great to see mention that a female runner may aspire to be in top 2000 in London Marathon. Currently acc to LM, such a female does not deserve fairness bc its Mass race welcomes males in F cat against UKA rules & its comp licence.

If you play any sport allowing men to play in the women's section then write to the organisation & the people in charge. Tell them they are discriminating against you & could potentially be legally challenged

We proved that cue sports were "gender affected" sport in order to lawfully exclude as per the equality act. Its absolutely shocking that tennis admit its "gender affected" yet still allow men in the women's. What's more shocking is that there's been no legal challenge...yet
