Faith Kipyegon just ran 4:06.42…the FASTEST women’s mile in history🔥 And yet the male pacers beside her are jogging. That’s not an insult to her. It’s biological reality. Women’s sports are incredible. But they’re not the same as men’s & that’s okay.

Hi Nancy Armour. Sex screening is not subjective. It relies on an objective method for identifying sex with 99.99% accuracy. Atypical cases can be reviewed with thorough, objective protocols that identify potential disorders and male advantage. Engage with the actual arguments.

A case-by-case approach can certainly *not* meet fairness criteria for eligibility into the female category, and so the whole proposal fails. It's slightly more interesting, (but redundantly, only of philosophical interest) to consider whether a safety criterion could be met.

Excellent EHRC submission from Jon Pike - great to see mention that a female runner may aspire to be in top 2000 in London Marathon. Currently acc to LM, such a female does not deserve fairness bc its Mass race welcomes males in F cat against UKA rules & its comp licence.

If you play any sport allowing men to play in the women's section then write to the organisation & the people in charge. Tell them they are discriminating against you & could potentially be legally challenged

Penn swimmer Paula Scanlan gave powerful and emotional testimony about the distress she and her teammates endured when forced to share their women’s swim team and locker room with a man.

The promise of apologies in this is interesting. Are UPenn going to apologise to only the female swimmers who swam against Thomas, or all the females affected? If the latter, I hope the person signing them has a lot of time and a lot of pens. - every female bumped down in…

We proved that cue sports were "gender affected" sport in order to lawfully exclude as per the equality act. Its absolutely shocking that tennis admit its "gender affected" yet still allow men in the women's. What's more shocking is that there's been no legal challenge...yet

Thank you Jonathan Hinder MP. As a The Labour Party member & feminist sports academic I have to say women & girls are completely fed up with this blatant sex discrimination by parkrun UK & other sports. Lisa Nandy MP needs to lead not leave this to governing bodies of sport to sort out.

Superb qu from Jonathan Hinder MP 👇👏. Thank you! 💜🤍💚 This is the second time Lisa Nandy MP has mentioned “support” to sporting bodies. Why “support”? The important things are: a) getting on and making decisions, and b) making decisions which give fair & safe sport to W&G…

We hope that #SCOTUS consults thoroughly with people like Greg on the fact that male advantage in sports exists even before puberty. “Transitioning” (not even possible) early does not make it fair for a boy to join girls’ sports. Nobody can change sex. #AlwaysMale
