I yesterday reconnected with several ICLD alumni of different cohorts for the first Ugandan alumni engagement. We refreshed on stakeholder analysis & new tools, future opportunities and SDGs. Among alumni was Hon. Betty Ethel Naluyima and other municipal leaders & technocrats

From His Worship the City Mayor I learned of recent visits to Sweden and a regional collaboration between Jinja City Uganda and the Stockholm Region with an objective to promote quality of care for children, funded by ICLD. Obviously have to come back. 😊🇸🇪🇺🇬

Today, we proudly held the graduation ceremony of 23 new Child Rights Ambassadors at Jinja Regional Referral Hospital, bringing the total number of trained ambassadors to 53. Our Child Rights Project continues to increase awareness of children's rights and their application in healthcare settings.
