Civilians must be protected and respected, always. Parties to conflicts are the only ones with enough power to enforce the rules of war, transform them into reality, and save lives.

The elderly, pregnant women and children are the most affected by displacement. We help people affected by armed conflict by doing everything we can to protect their lives and dignity and to relieve their suffering, often with our Red Cross and Red Crescent partners. #Nigeria
