Eventful weekend for IDiA Lab! On Friday, we attended a symposium on AI in Imaging and Medicine: Breaking Silos, Building Bridges co-organized by IDiA Director Pallavi Tiwari and Kyle Cranmer and generously sponsored by UW School of Medicine and Public Health and datascience@uw

Congratulations to Dr. Pallavi Tiwari and our collaborators Drs. Anant Madabhushi, Jacob Antunes, Zhouping Wei, Satish E. Viswanath, and @charlemsAlvarez for the issuance of their latest patent!

Last week, Dr. Pallavi Tiwari was featured on ESPN during the FAU vs. Illinois Men's Basketball game at Madison Square Garden with a halftime interview as the V Foundation's funded cancer researcher. Many thanks to The V Foundation for Cancer Research for the amazing opportunity!

Congratulations to Apoorva Safai on the acceptance of her #ISMRM2024 abstract, entitled "Neighborhood disadvantage is associated with altered cortical connectivity in frontoparietal brain regions" !


Stoked to get NOA of a new $3.4M NIH/NCI R01 project with Manmeet Ahluwalia, MD, MBA, FASCO, and long-standing collaborators from UW Radiology, Miami Cancer Institute Research, Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute, & Moffitt Cancer Center. Result of 4+years of collaborations & will culminate into a one-of-a-kind clinical trial in GBM..
