The legislative session will end in 20 days, on June 2, and the legislature has not yet passed a school finance bill. Two bills exist which give raises: HB 2, which includes school counselors, librarians and nurses, and SB 26, which limits the pay raise to classroom teachers.

Thanks for a grant from LEF 5th grade GT learners Independence ES used Tinkercad to create a 3D representation of their “brand.” So excited to see the final products come to life. LISD G/T
