Qualified 3 events for state 100 (10.99) 4x2 4x1 Indianola Boys T&F

Had a great 1st day of the state meet. I wasn't able to get pictures of all of the events, but got a couple! Proud of all of the athletes and their efforts. We had some great performances!

Congrats to Augie Anderson in the HJ. Augie battled a hamstring injury all season, and finishes his career at Indianola with a 9th place finish and jumps 6-03 in the HJ!

Congrats to freshman Jake Robidoux! Jake places 19th in the 3200 with a time of 9:45.02. Great race, Jake!

Congrats to the Shuttle hurdle team- Vinny Anderson, Kaisen Storm, Andrew DeWall, and Easton McGraw. They finish 10th with a time of 1:00.80. They are the school record holders!

Congrats to our Discus Throwers! They had a special day! Sophomore Aiden Curtis throws 168-03 for 3rd Place! Senior Owen Cambron completes his career with a throw of 154-06 and gets 9th. Both guys do this from the first flight! Great job.

Congrats to the 4x800 of Kiefer Barnes, Paxton Bloom, Sam Appel and Reed Robbins for placing 12th with a time of 7:57.08. Had a couple of huge lifetime PR splits! This time was a seasons best by 6 seconds. Way to go guys!

Congrats to sophomore Rylan Hilton for a gutsy 100m Dash. He placed 21st with a time 11.25. Good work, Rylan!

Congrats to Sophomore Isaac Johnson for running a huge PR of 50.68 in the 400m Dash and getting 18th. Nice race!

Academic All-State!! In order to be nominated for Academic All-State in T&F, athletes must be a state qualifier, have a 3.8 cumulative GPA, and be a senior. We had 4 achieve it this season. Congrats to Vinny Anderson, Andrew DeWall, Lathan McDaniel, and Kaisen Storm!!
