This is so exciting! Looking forward to the next few weeks as we continue to shape our vision for SCALE and the Riedberg Campus with a fantastic team! Goethe-Universität, Max Planck Institute of Biophysics, MPI for Brain Research & FIAS

Intriguing perspective in Cell on the future of structural #cellbiology by our Beck Laboratory, Roberto Covino (FIAS), Inga Hänelt and @mixmue (Goethe-Universität), elaborating on novel technologies and the role of #AI towards understanding the cell👉sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

Kudos to @jakobsilberberg ! This work is the crowning glory of his doctoral thesis, which he submitted last week Goethe-Universität 🥳 Another surprise that the Kdp system had ready for us.

The registration deadline for our CRC1507 symposium is approaching. We have an exciting line-up of speakers. In addition, short talks will be selected from abstracts. If you are interested in membrane biology, join us in Frankfurt!

Night of Science

Come and join now! Celina Thiel, Oliver Thon and David Griwatz from the lab will present an experimental lecture on the Biochemistry of microbes. Campus Riedberg, OSZ H2 7.45 PM #NoS Goethe-Universität

Congratulations @jakobsilberberg on the successful defense of your doctoral thesis Goethe-Universität. You passed with flying colors! Thank you for everything and all the best for your (scientific) future!

Very excited to share my first paper! The result of my great time in New York in the lab of Crina Nimigean. Together with Philipp Schmidpeter, we investigated regulation of a CNG channel by the signaling lipid PIP2. Out now Nature Communications: nature.com/articles/s4146…

Congratulations on your first paper, Oliver Thon! May many more follow! And congrats Crina Nimigean and Philipp Schmidpeter!

Congratulations again to all the winners (Eszter pictured in action) and many thanks to Biophysics Colab for the sponsorship! Victor Dubach @elodinsky
