Erol Tutumluer, ICT’s geotechnics lead, has been named an ASCE Headquarters Distinguished Member — the highest honor in civil engineering. Recognized for global impact in research, mentorship, and infrastructure, he’ll be honored at ASCE’s annual convention on Oct. 9 in Seattle.
