Keynote #4 at #ISBNPA2025 by Prof. Melody Ding invited us to reflect on the role of physical activity and diet research in today’s complex and shifting world. She reminded us to align the What (data collection), the How (good methodologies), and the Why (causal relationships).

I spent the last 4 days attending the #ISBNPA2025 conference, learning from top experts in behavioral nutrition and physical activity, meeting brilliant researchers and students worldwide. Huge thanks to ISBNPA, the presenters, and everyone who made the event so inspiring!

And just like that, #ISBNPA2025 comes to an end. 🌏🌿 An inspiring week wrapped up with a beautiful closing ceremony full of gratitude and reflection. Thank you to everyone who made this conference unforgettable. See you next year in sunny Cádiz! 🇪🇸✨
