While in Knox Co earlier this week, I spent some time with Mike Jacob. Mike is working on training an AI camera to see ripe watermelon and cantaloupe in order to develop a robotic harvester to harvest these delicious crops more efficiently. Thanks for having me, TerraForce.


Thank you to Foreign Ag Service's International Climate Hub for organizing today's visit to Lamb Farms with a Japanese delegation. We were able to discuss the benefits of soil health practices like cover crops and no-till as well as tour the composting facility.




Indiana Dept of Ag Director Don Lamb is now moderating a panel covering biofuels with experts U.S. Grains Council Vice President Cary Sifferath and Farm Gate Insights Paul Bertels.





.Foreign Ag Service hosted another successful trade mission to Morocco last week. While there we made connections with the Port of Tanger Med where we were able to share progress of Indiana's developing container handling capabilities. Honored to be involved.
