Today, the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa, officially launched the Uganda Parliamentary Internet Governance Forum (UP-IGF) at Mestil Hotel, Nsambya. The event was organized by ISOC Uganda Chapter in partnership with the Uganda Internet Governance Forum. While
