Hello Prof Sir Gregor Smith , you may well not recall, but fully 5 years ago you told me that the leadership of Office of the Chief Executive NHSScotland had identified online access to results as a priority for patients. As this appears to have gone nowhere can we deduce that leadership doesn’t care about that?

If we raise concerns about culture & processes in a service with a middle ranking member of staff, who says they will get their manager to get in touch; if they never do, are we entitled to reach conclusions as to how these cultural problems have arisen? NHS Highland

It is entirely possible that somewhere in the universe, there is a less useful function than the Sky TV chat bot, but I remain unconvinced. And 40 minutes to get through on the phone is demonstrating disinterest. You appear to have plenty of staff to make endless spam calls
