Great to be out talking to our residents on Church Road and James Place Really positive support for the work of Bruce Castle Labour councillors and Haringey Labour in building a fairer and greener borough. Lots of casework to take back on planning enforcement & estate management.

Rain or shine, our monthly community clean-up was a fantastic success! Armed with umbrellas and smiles, we enjoyed the delicious cakes and tea. It was a delightful day of teamwork and treats, reminding us that together, we can make a big difference—even in the rain!

A welcomed meeting which finally allowed us to put the long standing issues with the W3 Bruce Castle residents have long been let down by curtailment and forced to walk home repeatedly. We won’t let up until residents in Tottenham get a decent bus service they deserve!

Last night at Full Council we passed a motion recognising the Latin American community as an official ethnic group. This is a huge moment for Latin Americans in Haringey. Not only is the iconic Seven Sisters Market re-opening, but they can now proudly identify as Latin American

The UK must immediately recognise Palestinian statehood. There can be no two state solution if there is no viable state left to call Palestine.

Following a meeting with representatives from our Muslim communities in Haringey, Bibi Khan and I have written to the Foreign Secretary calling for: - Recognition of a Palestinian state - An end to arms sales to Israel Our communities are urging the government to step up.

Thank you Haringey Council for partnering with us on such an impactful day. It was fantastic to see so many residents engaging directly with services and getting the support they need. Looking forward to building on this success together. 👏🏽
