I made a GIF of the final approach of NASA’s DART (Double Asteroid Redirection Test) mission, just before it impacted the moon of a near-earth asteroid at 17 times the speed of sound. Video sped up 118x (and looped, obviously).

This weekend I’m attending two big events: The first is Saturday, Oct 1st, with IDI at Richard Codey Arena in West Orange, NJ. They’re hosting a skating clinic at 4pm followed by their ‘Grace’ performance at 7. Tickets: icedanceinternational.org/upcoming-events
