Obstetric fistula is a devastating childbirth injury that results in incontinence, isolation and stigma. Ahead of the #IDEOF2025, we’re joining MoH to raise awareness about prevention & treatment and encourage women living with the condition to seek the care they deserve.

Fistula is one of the most serious childbirth injuries and Iceland is proud to work with UNFPA Sierra Leone, MoH & partners on ending fistula in Sierra Leone. Investing in equitable access to quality maternal health services is essential to #EndFistula
