IIPH Shillong and True North Leisure Centre conducted a hands-on BLS training on April 28, 2025, at the Lawmali campus. Participants gained practical skills in CPR, AED use, and choking relief, with guidance from Dr. T. Jamir, Phibansuk Lyngdoh, and Isberth Tham (108) Shillong.

Prof. Sandra Albert, Dr. Carinthia B. Nengnong, and Dr. Benedicta Sthuti Kumar shared findings from a study on thiamine supplementation for infantile beriberi in Mizoram and Tripura. They discussed implementation plans with health officials and explored academic collaborations.
