One of the most impressive things to see during this current Delta COVID-19 surge has been the work the inpatient teams have done to think outside the box to make space for patients who otherwise would be perpetually boarding in the ER. #holdingtheline #PositivevibesintheER

I don't think residents realize how happy we as attendings get when we see them turn from a tentative intern to a #boss upper level. It's harder for them to see that growth b/c it's gradual for them. It's easier for us to see, and it fills us with so much happiness for them.
