I am extremely thankful for having been awarded a Travel Grant to attend #ISNESN2023 Meeting in Porto, Portugal 🇵🇹 and for presenting part of my PhD research here. What an honor it was to receive this award, and to meet her Majesty, Queen Silvia of Sweden! If you haven't noticed, there is some really exciting Alzheimer's work being done here in Sweden. It feels amazing to be a part of it!!

“If we believe we can change things, we can. Everyone told me it would be hard to do high-quality research in my home country of Brazil. I saw an opportunity to help people in lower-income countries. My lab now has 37 students.” - Eduardo Zimmer 🦋, ISTAART member, #ALZFunded
