Agroforestry on dairy farms boosts soil health + nutrient cycling, reducing the need for costly inputs 🌱💶. Trees enhance soil health, extend the grazing season and improve farm sustainability 🐄🌳. A win for the environment and your bank balance! #Agroforestry #DairyFarming

You don't need wildflower mixes to make a meadow. Just mow less. Real, local wildflower seeds are already in the soil waiting for a chance to emerge. Choose patience, not packets, and let those Dandelions bloom 💚🐝

Our 9 zero N paddocks grew 118, 90, 80, 80, 100, 110, 60, 60 & 80 yesterday. Makes you wonder at times where some of this nitrogen & clover advice is coming from 🤷‍♂️

Brendan Walsh Onto their 4th zero chemical N paddock in a row. This particular paddock had a growth rate of 115 kg DM ha from Monday 21st April to Mon 28th, one round of slurry in Feb and 0-7-30 in March is all it got. The other 3 zero N paddocks grew 68, 108 and 120. Average farm growth of 88

Owen Cashman Brendan Walsh Same story here, our clover zero N paddocks are flying here growing close to 100 at the moment. Not sure if the advice is science based. We are only following Solohead Farm and the years of knowledge and data that has a proven track record. #clovertomilk #zeroN
