New research in Journal of Dance Medicine & Science shows elite ballet dancers have higher bone resorption-to-formation ratios (NTX/P1NP) despite similar diets to non-dancers. This imbalance could serve as a screening tool to identify dancers at risk for bone stress injuries. #DanceMedicine #BoneHealth
