So true. In 3 weeks we changed most #Outpatients appointments to telemedicine (phone/video) & moved 3 specialty minor procedures (eg nasal cautery) from A&E to OPD. Better for patients; more efficient. Why would we change back? Bring on the new normal. Bob Klaber Imperial Transformation

Using 5S. At the start of the day we asked ward staff their views on storage feedback included "we need more storage". Step 1 5S is SORT. We identified a huge amount that wasn't needed to give away, freeing up so much space.
